Theresa has led over 250 mid to executive searches in commercial real estate, manufacturing, consumer brands and not-for-profit leadership. Over 90 percent of searches come from referrals or repeat clients.
Prior to executive search, Theresa was a Director of a national corporate learning and development firm. There she consulted with organizations like AT&T and Microsoft on developing high performing teams of executives and work groups. This work resulted in companies forming and developing teams that were better balanced in skill, more accepting of different styles and more adaptable to change. Her current clients benefit from Theresa’s honed skill in identifying those who will complement and perform synergistically with the existing team.
Theresa has degrees in Communications and Business from the University of Washington and has certified in a multitude of courses in interviewing and evaluation, sourcing, leadership, teamwork, quality, assessment and facilitation. She has a lifelong commitment in learning to support her work.
