My role as your leadership facilitator is to listen and be a thinking partner. I help you think about the big picture and examine the small details. Together, we look at what serves as useful resources to help you and your team grow.
YOUR EXPERIENCE. THE PLATFORM FOR DEVELOPMENT.
There is no “content” to cover. Your life and work experience provide the platform for development. We will leverage six life experiences:
- The actual experience of being free to choose for yourself
- The actual experience of being stronger
- The actual experience of building leadership capacity
- The actual experience of achieving pride
- The actual experience of being alive
- Blend challenging yourself with having some fun.

THE PROCESS.
We will begin the coaching process by clarifying your “current reality.” We will do this through leadership assessments, 360 feedback, stakeholder interviews and your self-reflections.
We will balance your current reality with your unused leadership potential. You are in your leadership position because you have competencies and potential to execute strategy and produce results. The coaching process needs to address your potential.
We begin with an hour conversation. This is our chemistry test to understand if working together is useful for both of us.
If we both pass the test, we will work together for six to twelve months on a bi-monthly schedule. Our work will be in person as much as possible with phone and video used as necessary.
Part of my contribution is to provide you with resources for your development. That will include reading, writing, self-reflection exercises and art and cultural experiences that expand perspective and self-knowledge.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES.
It varies based upon everyone’s unique choice and focus for development. We work together to define the end results and tailor to path to meet those expected outcomes.
